The process is designed to reduce unclear decisions before bulk production starts: requirement review, fabric, pattern, sample, approval, cutting, sewing, QC, packing and delivery. Design / Requirement Send product type, quantity, target market, destination, reference photos, artwork or tech pack. We identify the missing information before quotation. Fabric & Tech Pack Fabric composition, GSM, color, fit, construction, decoration, labels and packing are organized into a working specification. Fabric sourcing and availability check Pattern and size chart review Printing, embroidery and label placement MOQ, sample and lead-time review Sample A physical sample confirms fabric, measurements, workmanship, logo method and packaging direction before bulk materials are committed. Approval Buyer comments are recorded and the approved sample becomes the production reference. Bulk production should not start from verbal comments only. Bulk Production / QC / Packing / Delivery Cutting, sewing, decoration and packing follow the approved reference. QC checks material, measurements, workmanship, appearance, quantity, carton marks and packing list before delivery.
