These questions explain what can be confirmed immediately and what needs a specification review. A photo alone is rarely enough for an accurate production quote. MOQ depends on fabric availability, custom dyeing, trims, decoration and product complexity. A stock-fabric trial order and a fully customized cut-and-sew order will not have the same minimum. Can you quote from a reference garment or photo? Yes, as a starting point. Final quotation still requires confirmation of fabric, measurements, construction, branding, quantity and packing. Approving the product Can you develop a sample before bulk production? Yes. Samples can be used to confirm fit, construction, material direction, logo size and placement before bulk release. How long does sampling take? Timing depends on fabric, custom trims, artwork and revision rounds. The sample schedule is confirmed after the specification and material route are reviewed. Can you adjust our size chart or fit? Yes. Share your target market, existing size chart or reference garment. Pattern and grading changes should be approved through measurements and a physical sample. Fabric, color and decoration Can you source different fabrics and GSM? Yes. Options include cotton, blends, performance polyester and outerwear materials. Selection depends on product position, use, target feel, quantity and budget. Do you support Pantone color matching? Pantone references can guide fabric dyeing and decoration. Final color should be approved using the relevant lab dip, swatch or sample where applicable. Which branding methods are available? Screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer, embroidery, patches, silicone marks and custom labels can be reviewed according to the garment surface and artwork. Producing and shipping the order How is bulk production controlled? Bulk follows the approved sample and written specification. Checks can cover materials, workmanship, measurements, color, branding, quantity, size ratio and packing. Can labels and packaging be customized? Yes. Woven labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, stickers, individual polybags, presentation packs and carton marks are available by project. Which delivery terms can be discussed? EXW, FOB, DDP or another agreed route can be reviewed according to destination, order details and shipping requirements.
